  I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and have had more than 4 cars that have been regularly maintained and serviced. The reason I go to you guys is because you do a good job in your work its fast and friendly. My last visit, I brought two cars for oil changes and had the worst experience, not fast, not friendly and very uncomfortable. My appointment was for 1:30. I waited 40 mins before someone even approached me to take my car in. When Mathew I believe is his name took the keys he didn’t greet me he didn’t explain what they where going to do and was just unfriendly. I went to speak to him to ask some very basic questions. When I walked in to the mechanic Bay I said hello. He immediately got defensive and kicked me out of the mechanics Bay saying that customers were not allowed beyond that point. I said OK let’s talk outside when we got outside He kept pointing to a small sign that said no customers beyond that point even after I acknowledged and apologized, he continued to point to the sign. It got to a point where I felt like I was being reprimanded. Since Mathew was so rude I asked for the manager. When I spoke to Bob, he explained that there has been issues in the past with Matthew and that he’s not surprised and he will deal with it. I was ready to take both cars and never returned to your business, but Bob stepped in. He went into the mechanics. Bay gave me the ETA told me what they were going to do. I patiently waited and retrieve my cars when they were finished. I am so disappointed with the services that I received from your business that I may never return.

  We have had our cars serviced at Calabasas Car Care for many years. We have a couple of older vehicles (2002 & 2004) that we don’t drive a lot and they have kept them running, while working with us to prioritize absolutely necessary repairs. They’re straightforward and honest and do a great job. Highly recommended!

  This is the only shop I will take my car to. They are honest, fair, always nice to work with and never try to sell services I don't need.

  Bob and his team were absolutely the best. When so many alignment places wouldn't align a Tesla, they did, and did great!

  While driving down Los Virgines I suddenly heard a thumping sound and thought I might have something stuck on a tire. Pulled over to look and a AAA truck parked next to me. He was on a break. I asked if he could help, and sure enough we found a lag bolt with washer embedded in my front left tire. I was thinking this going to cost me $500 to replace a tire at the Porsche dealer. The AAA guy recommended and gave directions to Calabasas Car Care. I must have driven by it a thousand times and never noticed. Anyway, instead of losing a whole day waiting and $500, they where able to plug the tire in 15mins for $20!! About the same time and cost of a McDonald's drive through:-) I even overheard a mechanic asking the office manager to lower the standard labor charges for a customer because it wasn't fair. Friendly people and unusually honest prices. I'll certainly remember them for the next time.
