  My experience with Enterprise in Burlingame was efficient from the beginning to the end of my rental. The check out was so fast. Pulled up to the Car Rental Return line and an agent came to pull up my reservation, checked the car and gas and checked me out so fast. I was on my way after 5 minutes.

  Reservation made for a standard suv in Burlingame, CA. 8 days rent for a road trip in California Only 2 cars corresponding to the tier reserved were available, both smelling cigarette and none with rear shelf (must have for luggage in SF and California) We ended up with a Toyota rav4 (mid-size) claimed to be all wheel drive (which wasn’t the case) Moreover, the car has not been cleaned outside due to car wash being out of order Moreover 2. The car had not the proper rear wheel tire balance which caused vibrations and inconfortable noise. Finally on the receipt, I didn’t get the 5% enterprise plus discount.
