Vince was excellent to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and easygoing throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything feel straightforward and pressure-free. I also want to give a big thank you to Tommy, the general manager, for going above and beyond by holding the car for over 24 hours for me. That meant a lot and really shows the level of customer care here. The car was exactly as described and in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated how respectful and low-stress the experience was. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a quality vehicle and an honest, helpful team.
- SSsocietyskateshopDec 22, 20251.0I would not write a review but this outrageous experience happened for me 3 times in last year. Have a Volvo XC90 The tailgate was opening from the back gate. Volvo service game me an estimate of about $2200 to fix it (replace the Struts etc). I did not do it. Then I got messages that said my park assist is broken. They have me estimate of about $1800 (said the bumper has to come off etc). And finally I was getting error messages for license light not working. They game me an estimate of $1200 to fix. Frustrated I opened the light panel just above the license. I saw a cable was loose. Reconnected everything and now all the problems went away. So expert estimates of more than $5000 was given to me just for connecting a loose cable. What do you call this? Don’t believe anything the service department tells you. Use YouTube and call independent service places for a factual estimate.
