  The most disappointing service I ever had with enterprise! I hate it the fact that the two people, Diego (the assistant manager) and the black lady Kiya Valentine (the billing associate) both couldn’t accommodate nor provide me any help! That black lady Kiya she really got an attitude toward me by kept asking me “What do you want me to do?” Lower your price?! With her attitude look! I never been treated like this before when I rented at this location.. couple times when I rented and if there’s any problems occurred most of them were very nice and accommodating and offered the best help they could but not today! This happened yesterday when I had my reservation at 2pm and I already booked my rental car through Carla apps.. I did $32 pre-paid on the apps and my balance showed me about $242 I had to pay when I get there.. upon checking and wasted my 45 something minutes there the system only showed my reservation but with different leftover price I had to pay about $315 something.. I did my part to called the customer support twice but they didn’t answer and I had to brag Diego to call the manager to see what they can do but he really looked like he did not give a damn and no solution no helped only forced me to paid the price I’m not supposed to pay.. he said that’s the best he could do.. I’m very pissed off with that two people working there and the black lady she even dared me to go ahead file a complaint over the corporate! I was like.. “wow” she sure does have an attitude problems just because she work in the billing department! I’m really hoping either the corporate, manager, owner of this place will take a serious action towards customer satisfaction for real though!! Because I ended up not having the rental car which I needed to go to work and I have wasted my time there to argue and begged for solutions! But thanks to the young man who just started working there, Alex he was very nice though I know he’s trying to help.. Thank You Alex at least for being nice and understanding meanwhile those two rude high positions workers were lack of understanding and empathy!

  Super easy car rental experience. The car was clean (basically brand new) getting set up was great. Quick and easy. Return was simple. Excellent option for a rental if you’re in the area. Close to the Burbank Airport is a plus as well

  Honestly had the best experience, i never write reviews but Kiya, Nathan and Gio did an amaaaazing job, even with a little hiccup that was out of their control they went out their way to make sure i had exactly what i wanted and compensated for the inconvenience also another shoutout to Ace helped me on the phone with explaining things to me and being patient 10/10 experience
