- AOAlex OrozcoDec 29, 20241.0I've been fed nothing but lies from day one. Jessica B. The sales woman lied to me by saying that the DL920 form would be sent electronically to the DMV by installer . Then the installer states that I have to fill out the form myself and turn it in but not to worry because the form was arriving same day . It never came . Then the agent at intoxalock states he ordered a new one and it would arrive overnight to installer . It never came ! Then a subsequent agent states it takes up to 5 days for arrival . Hoping it arrives tomorrow. That and many other inconsistencies with their explanations. Oh ! Also Jessica typed in the wrong VIN number and I had to call that in too . I have not been able to contact Jessica this entire time. She said I could contact her anytime ! It seems that nobody really cares and all they do is lie !
