Literally every employee here has attitude and a lack of care for the customers. They promise one thing on the phone and as soon as you walk in, the car you need/promised is miraculously rented out and no other vehicles like it are available. Their equivalent of a 7 passenger luxury electric SUV is a Tesla Model 3. What's even worse is they don't even give you an adapter to be able to charge the POS Tesla on a non-Tesla charger. All they're willing to tell you is "call every day to see if we have another large SUV or van for you or if we can find an adapter." How about a "when a vehicle comes in, we will hold it and give you a call" or "we will go get an adapter and notify you." I've rented plenty of vehicles (from Enterprise and other companies) and this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Corporate Enterprise should consider giving these people a lesson in customer service.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, they didn’t hold the car for even 20 minutes and funny thing they said don’t hold reservations at all — they just rent cars to whoever shows up first. Completely unprofessional and misleading. To make it worse, they offered a lower-variant car at the same price with no apology or effort to fix the situation. Zero accountability and awful customer service. Avoid this place if you expect your reservation to actually mean something.
