    The Enterprise team at Burbank Airport was absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, quick, and accommodating at pick up and drop off. Excellent customer service and everything flowed seamlessly and smoothly. I loved the vehicle and had no issues at all. 100/100 experience.

    Car was not enough clean - we had to clean windshield by ourselves, also displays in car were streaks of water after cleaning - it was a really disappointing, because this day was a sunny, so we have to clean them to prevent glare. Second thing, and I don’t really understand this — when we took a car it was a full tank with a 299 miles range. Based on my experience on driving mustangs previously (I had thsi experience a lot) — looks like previous renter fill the tank by 87 gasoline. Car didn’t show the best performance. When I came back — I filled the tank by plus gasoline (which is recommended for mustang) and miles range showed me 420 miles woth a full tank. So, I dissatisfied in general with this rental. I believe I will try to skip Enterprise rentals in future.

    From start to finish it was fantastic. The CSR at the airport, Mari S., took care of me very well, assured my satisfaction. The car was brand new, no issues. I have to rent frequently and usually have used Avis in 2025 because of price, but for a little more $ the a HUGE customer service improvement Enterprise is worth it.

    I've been renting with Enterprise for years and Mari at the Burbank Airport location is hands down the best customer service rep I've ever worked with. She was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to solve my problem, and made the entire experience seamless. So friendly, genuinely caring, and just exceptional at her job. Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have her. If you're at Burbank, ask for Mari—she's amazing!
