  June and Regan at alamo are seriously so great at their jobs and were so incredibly helpful throughout the rental process. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to see them again if i need another rental!

  Took quick trip to Southern CA and always use Alamo for rental cars when traveling. The convenience of airport locations and the Skip The Line option is the best since it saves time and waiting in line. The staff is always friendly and will attend to any problem, big or small, which is great customer service.

  I booked online with the Costco app for a convertible. Upon arrival, I walked right up to the woman at the desk. She was fast, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. They had my car pulled up to the front by the time I walked over to the pick up area. Other than a slight gap in the convertible window (to which they kindly comped me a bit for) it was a great car. Drop off was super seamless as well - thanks to Ruben!

  DO NOT BOOK! THEY DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY WHEN THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. SCAMMERS! they are scamming and refusing to confirm officially that they will refund me 600$ which I paid to Alamo in advance and then at the counter say that my card is not accepted. also that they don t have the time to send me a confirmation email for the payment, plus that they say they don t know how many days it takes to refund whilst I already paid 600$. very unpleasant situation on behalf of the woman manager in the inglewood pick up station. There is NOWHERE stated that REVOLUT card is not accepted as well as I don t understand why it was accepted for payment in the first place. MENTION! I have a credit card with Revolut as well as I had PAID EXTRA INSURANCE FOR THE RENTAL BOTH ON WEB AND SEPARATE You ask me to call and solve when I was left alone in the night by your low manager and woman who absolutely did not empathize and EITHER she was able to tell me where on website or during payment checkout there was info that I cannot pick up with my Revolut physical card!! I also offered to provide a US card details also refused. She said she doesn t have time to send me confirmation that I will get my money back! I am on holiday with almost 700$ blocked because I trusted this scamming and offensive company!
