  Horrible!!! Left me on hold 13 minutes, then told me the pick up car from Simpson GMC was 5 mins away. 30 minutes later, the pick up car showed up. Then waited from 4:05 to 5:20 for a car. The whole 'enterprise' ordeal was 2 hours+. This elongated 'enterprise' initiated a headache. (physically) This place is mis-managed. By 5:20, all I wanted was to get out of the enterprise building, and call Uber.

  The ladies that work here make my experience pleasant and stress free everytime. For the amount of people that come and go through here it's impressive how fast these ladies can move and answer calls all while having a good professional attitude and I know I used to do customer service it is work dealing with a lot of customers while having a professional attitude and being able to multi-task ,keeping everything organized, or having to rearrange everything because of a customer. I will continue to come here.
