  Great service and very professional from the service staffs. The team was friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly without pushing unnecessary repairs.   I recently had my transmission flushed and oil changed on my 2015 Ford Transit Connect at this location. The transmission on this vehicle does not have a dipstick, so checking the fluid level requires removing a level-check plug. My receipt states that it was “not possible” for them to check the transmission fluid level. They also noted that my transmission has a small leak. However, during a flush they only replace the amount of fluid that drains out, so if the system is already low, the transmission will remain low unless it is properly topped off. For nearly $300, I expected that the correct procedure would be followed or at minimum that the fluid level would be verified. Given the lack of follow-through, I feel I would have been better off doing the work myself. Edit I checked the level myself it took me 15 minutes it would have taken them lees than five minutes with my vehicle over the pit. Car was 2 quarts low

  They didn't check my other fluids. Washer, tranny, ect. Didn't explain that my car is exempt from the $59. Dollar special. The eventually gave me that price. But it should have been explained up front.

  Nothing speedy about it. Two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Could have done it myself in half the time. Will not be returning.
