  Safelight in Brentwood provided me with excellent service, and I recommend them 100%. From their communication before, during, and even after my appointment, to the professionals that work there. In particular, Josh, and David (the technician). Josh was informative, personable, and professional. David did great work, and I appreciated his promptness, professionalism, and honesty.

  Safelite is a AAA preferred vendor which made filing my claim easy & convenient. My new windshield required the lane departure sensor recalibration which was done all at one time at home. The only negative issue I had was that I am out of the city limits in unincorporated county and I always get left for last on the schedule or pushed until the next business day. I had already pushed my personal schedule for the afternoon and when the repair person called me at 8am. He was already making excuses, "I'm overbooked, and unless I get a cancellation I'm not going to make it this morning... I was not happy... But he was able to start with me before going on to the others.

  I realize there are several options for window repair/replacement and I genuinely try to support small or local businesses however I could not be happier with my choice in this case. I booked a chip repair online - quick, easy and definitely comparably priced. In fact the upgraded option with a AAA discount was less than most others I considered. I realized after booking that I was likely better off replacing the entire windshield so I cancelled the appointment with zero issues and received a refund immediately, no 3 - 29 business day wait, it hit my account at the same time as the change. I rebooked for the replacement and got an appointment at the original time. Ryan called the morning of my appointment to let me know what time he'd arrive, arrived at that time and was absolutely wonderful. He explained what would happen, how long it would take and was kind enough to reassure my (over)reaction to the situation that landed me with the chip. He went above and beyond taking care of every detail all in less time than he predicted. He explained what to do or not do for the next week, confirmed my contact info and was on his way. From start to finish, Ryan's service was exceptional. There are "upgrade" options when booking but there was no pressure (10/10 recommend the premium option!) I received a follow up reminder if the timing and the warranty and could over all not have been any happier with this entire process. I sincerely hope Ryan's amazing approach to service fostered & rewarded!

  Everything went right with the appointment, replacement and so on. The people in the shop were friendly and helpful. The large window, which allows a bright view of the shop, shows the employees' trust in their work.
