  I used safelight a couple of times to take care of my auto glass issues, they always send professional techs that explain the process and follow up after the job is done.

  After a rock from the highway caused a crack in my windshield, my insurer referred me to Safelite AutoGlass. The online scheduling was super convenient. I opted to have a technician come to my home to do the repair in my driveway. Olivia, the technician, contacted me the day of the appointment to let me know when she expected to arrive, and then again when she was on her way. Olivia paid attention to details, noticing something I hadn't (like a mistake made by a previous technician...which Olivia corrected). She is highly skilled and professional, completing the work quickly and cleanly. I cannot overstate how easy this experience has been.

  Just stay away from this place! A small crack that was easily repairable, or at least what I was told by the technician before the repair, ended up being worse and larger! They totally did this unprofessionally and messed up the Windshield even more… Horrendous job! This was on a 2019 Audi Q7 with safety sensors—now the whole windshield needs replacing and the cameras need recalibration because of their mistake. I will not recommend their service to anyone!
