  Love this wash way better than the one in stockton actually dries and takes all the soap off ur truck.

  Whatever you do be careful when you go to this location. I got charged a lot of money for accidentally bumping a guardrail. An arrow was pointing to turn to the left after the gate which has now been removed. I ended up heading to the vacuums. As I tried to back up I felt something so I stopped my vehicle got out to check didn’t see any damage to the guard rail except my paint was scratched. I asked an employee to direct me. I went through the carwash and everything was fine. So I thought. About a week goes by I get a call from Brentwood PD. The officer said it was the incident at the car wash. I contacted the store back and got manager Octavios name. He wanted my insurance info, but my deductible was too high. I offered to pay for whatever the damages would be. Several weeks later he calls me saying the repairs were complete. It was higher than I was expecting. I asked for some extra time but he said he’d call the cops if I didn’t come in and pay by the next day. I felt threatened. Why do you treat people like this? I had a membership which I cancelled. I will never use quick quack again. I feel they’re a big corporation that doesn’t care about people. You’re just a number. I’m adding a response to the owner of this facility Whoever you are, the owner, or anyone at the time of the incident or after ever attempted contacting me directly. I was there getting my car washed. Instead you decided to make it into a federal case by calling the cops. Your pitbull of a manger OCTAVIO lied saying “he didn’t have my information” when I asked him. You’re running a scam. Your creating a false narrative. I would never damage your property and drive away. Im letting the public know the facts and to avoid this location and anyone who goes there needs to be extra careful to not get screwed over. That railing wasn’t worth what you charged me and you’re lucky I don’t take you and your manager to court for harassment.
