  The Brentwood Enterprise location is extremely unfriendly, unwilling to help and not doing their job to the fullest potential. We went in to rent a car and the lady was unfriendly, spoke so softly I had to ask her to keep repeating herself. She told use she only had a few vehicles on the lot. I kept asking her a specific question and she would not answer it until the 3rd time I asked her. Then when we told her the vehicles were out of our price range could she help us find something at another location, we would pick it up or could you have it brought over she said no. She said they don’t and won’t do that. I told her other locations do it and she said no they don’t. We left and called the main 1800 line for Enterprise and they said she should have found us a car and that was incorrect information. This was horrible customer service! On top of they had a plugin in the wall that was so strong and smelt horrible. It should be on low and a light sent, they should be more aware of their customers with that.

  Everything was easy, the staff was very nice, the rental car was nice and clean, and had all the modern amenities, especially the safety asst. features I liked best.

  Waaaaay understaffed. This creates difficulties reaching them by phone and long waits when you go to pick-up/return cars. With this level of customer service the only way Enterprise survives is lowest rates. Staff gets this and doesn't go out of its way to provide service. Confusion reigns at Enterprise. After attempting to return call of Brentwood employee, I was transferred to some central call center. I provided all information for my rental and was assured all was set and this would be communicated to Brentwood. Several hours later I got a call from same Brentwood employee who called yesterday seeking same info I gave to call center. Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. Just hope my rental is actually booked. I have serious doubts. Enterprise response below - contact www…. - is laughable. They are can’t communicate between themselves. Now trying to get a receipt from Enterprise. You would think they would provide that as a matter of course. Not this one. They don't answer phones and don't forward to voicemail. The only possible conclusion is that they don't want to be bothered by customers.
