  Went to have my battery replaced and paid $280 for the platinum one. The guy who worked there was super friendly however he broke/snapped one of my bolts aka never connecting the positive to the connector and stripped another that held down bolts. So I had to get brand new bolts & nuts. Let alone he told having my metal bracket that secures the battery not to have it and that it wasn’t need it. ( I played along but knew I needed it, if it came with my car 🙄). Long story short my battery was not secured nor connected properly and I wouldn’t recommend getting that type of service done at that location.✌🏾

  Huge credit to the manager. He was super helpful and polite! I feel bad for him though sometimes he seems like he's the main one carrying the team when it comes to customer service. Bob, you have a great smile! Your knowledge and experience is appreciated. Tip: let's all remember a customer can make or break someone's day. We're all humans here and a smile shared with an employee goes a long way! Hanh in there team!

  Not great service. They were busy but after I waited in line to double check the oil filter I needed, the guy just told me to the number and where the filters were. After 5 min of looking (there were 2 of us) and no assistance, we gave up and went to O’Reily’s where I got the service I had been looking for. It takes 30 seconds to grab the filter if you work there and know where it’s is! Save the customer the hassle please, especially after waiting in line.
