Well done! We even heard an announcement to the professional truck drivers for a free hot shower. Just amazing. Ditch the rest - this is where you want to fill up your vehicle and yourself!
- MFMom FirstNov 27, 20251.0The gas station itself deserves 5 stars, but the Cinnabon within the gas station isn’t worth looking at. I purchased a box as I was traveling through this afternoon. I asked the lady at the counter if they were fresh and she assured me they were, so I bought them along with a couple extra icings. As we were getting on the freeway again, continuing to our destination, my daughter opened the bag and pulled out the almost empty containers of extra icing. This wasn’t too shocking, as we have experienced this before at another Pilot Cinnabon location, but when we started eating the cinnamon rolls which could not have possibly been made fresh today, we were in disbelief. They were so stale they were not only hard and crunchy, but the taste was far from fresh. When we reached our destination, we attempted to soften them by warming them, but it didn’t help. When I spend $20 on cinnamon rolls, I expect to enjoy them at least a little. Is this the norm for Pilot station Cinnabon locations?
