  These guys were great!! While traveling through town, I had a battery issue, so I stopped to determine the problem. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They had the parts and the know how to get me safely back on the road again. Outstanding customer service and reasonable prices!

  Best AutoZone ever! Everyone is so nice there and they go the extra mile to make things right. Dorman was struggling to deliver an exhaust manifold with out defects and after 6 attempts we finally got one that worked. Thanks to all that helped with that strangeness ... Im exhausted lol get it?

  Went to Auto Zone Blthe ,CA to buy oil cap and diagnosis. Greeted by Ramos friendly and knowledgeable. He looked under hood and found oil cap. Check out air filter filthy. Ramos installed new filter. Awesome customer care. To bad he's not at my local AutoZone. Thanks

  Excellent excellent excellent customer service! I’m a woman and came in with a dirty battery to replace, as I sat the battery down on the counter and started to wipe my hands on my pants, Chris immediately gave me a towel to wipe my hands on without me even asking! What a gentlemen! He helped me choose a battery, gave me my options for warranties, then held the door open so I could carry the battery out and not struggle with the door. 10 Star customer service! Thank you Chris! In a world where everyone likes to complain, I wanted to take the time and write my gratitude as soon as I got home. I wish all stores had this kind of customer service! Friendly, polite and thoughtful!
