  LITERALLY THE WORST PILOT I HAVE EVER STOPPED AT! Pilot #1385 in Bloomington, CA- I am a professional truck driver, stopped here to shower with my service dog. Used the app to scan my rewards, they told me I do not have enough points, I showed them my app to prove I have shower power until April 29th and that I do have shower credits. They stated their system is showing that I don’t and there is nothing they can do about it. Being that me and my service dog needed to shower I decided to just pay for it. They charged me full price and denied my military discount. (My receipt even stated I have shower power but I was still charged full price) Then as I walked to the shower the female attendant said dogs are not allowed in the showers. I informed her that he is a service dog and as I am a professional driver he has never been denied access to the showers, she told me to just leave him in the truck. After arguing for a few minutes that she can not deny my service animals access to anywhere that I go, she finally gave in. I walked to the showers which both showers that were not occupied were both dirty, floor soaked, and no towels available. I called the attendant over and informed her they are both still dirty and have no clean towels. She came to the shower room looked at it and said okay give me a minute and then came back and handed me a dingy/dirty towel and completely ignored the fact that the shower room was dirty. At this point I am completely annoyed with the whole experience and just wanted to shower and leave because I was running out of time. After showering I had to use the only towel I was given to attempt to dry the floor so I can get dressed because although the design of the bathroom was nice, the tiles were poorly installed and the whole bathroom flooded. Also after showering I walked back to my truck and was shortly followed by security who told me I can not park for more than 1 hour, which I told him I will be leaving within the hour. He then proceeded to the front of my truck recorded my license plate, then my truck/trailer number.

  I been there yestrday bought food from inside and put almost 600$ diesel still they guys woke me up at midnight and asked for parking to pay well pilot dont ask for paid parking they are crazy i suggest to everyone not to go there anymore they are stealing your pocket i can say that i asked to the security reason and they were like people park there truck for couple of day but bro you cant bother to the others atleast you need to give them one day to sleep instead of bothring drivers

  you need pay $20 to parking there and the front girl is very unprofessional, rude ,yelling and the shower is not soap ,shampoo in 2 shower of 3 ,you got wet body has go to the front desk to ask them refilling.

  So bad just two showers not available. One you park a guy come to charge you eventhough you're not using parking stop, there's no reserved labels on the floor why they wanna charge everybody , they making enough money with gas and diesel price. First Pilot I see they wanna charge you just for stop.
