  The first time that I attempted to reserve a vehicle, I was greeted by an empty counter, when the staff finally came in after 10 mins of waiting,I was told that my reservation might not be honored because there weren't any vehicles to rent at the moment but I could wait... this was on 12/29/25. I was not able to make another reservation until 12/31/25, when I went back to that location, I waited 45 min after my reservation time to get a vehicle. When I finally got it and drove home, I realized the vehicle was NOT cleaned properly, there was a lot of trash from the previous renter in the center console. Approx. 3 weeks later, I attempted to extend my rental by another week and was told, through a chat conversation, that I would have to go into the facility to make the extension as I wanted to use a different card. The first agent that I chatted with was extremely rude, so before she abruptly ended our conversation, I took screen shots of our conversation. The second agent was very friendly, but stated a manager would contact me and I never recieved a call. The return process was easy, no issues. But to have had spent over $1,000 on this rental, I expected it to be an experience that was worth my money, it was not.

  First time renting a car and the process was easy and simple Luis was amazing and very helpful I respect that he is also very honest and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had the right answers to my questions
