  James and Tim at Enterprise Bishop, CA are thoughtful and caring customer service agents. James is an excellent manager , that takes the input of all his employees before making decisions. We felt heard and understood when it came to changes made by enterprise that didnt serve us and James and Tim saved the day and accomadated our needs as long time and annual customers of BisHop Enterprise.

  Thank you for helping us rent a car when we showed up with no reservation! The process was so efficient! I appreciated the call post return letting us know that the car was returned in good condition and the security deposit would be refunded. Thanks for closing the loop!
