  When you get off the plane there will be a small outdoor podium about 50 feet straight in front of you. That is where you get the keys, I wandered around in 105 degree heat for 10 min. Now you know! Jackie helped me get the car and was really nice and professional. I will definitely rent again. Thank you!

  Emilio at the Bishop Enterprise went above and beyond for me. Admittedly I was late, made mistakes and was uninformed when I booked my rental car, but he and his coworkers rose to the challenge and got me on the road fast, with a nice upgraded car too! They are customer service stars. Thank you Emilio!

  The staff is very nice and helpful 5 stars. BUT RENTER BEWARE THEY DO NOT EQUIP SNOW TIRES OR INCLUDE CHAINS WITH RENTALS. Chains are required to be carried in the car on highways throughout the Sierra Nevada mountains by law during the winter. Enterprise does not include chains with any vehicles. So, when you drive out of the airport during the winter onto the highway, you're probably breaking the law for not having chains onboard. And you may not reach your destination on the ill-equipped vehicles. If you can, try to find out what wheels/tires will be on your vehicle and spend $50 on snow socks for whatever you're renting. But in all likelihood, they'll put you in a random car they have available anyway.
