  I was traveling from Mammoth back home. My car broke down in Bishop. Luckily, I was able to find this AutoZone, which I didn’t even think there was one in Bishop and thanks to the manager, Ana Sanchez they made the whole transaction easy I needed a battery and she was even able to install it for me. Thank you so much. I was able to make it home and now I have a brand new battery with warranty.

  I called them asking for snow tire chains. They said that they only had one left, but they could hold them for me if they had my name. I gave them my name and headed in that direction. I got there and they had sold them. Hector, who also was the one who answered the phone, just said, "oh, sorry." He made it seem like the situation was my fault.

  Decent staff, almost always have what I need. This place has saved my rear many times. It's the only AutoZone between Ridgecrest and Minden/Carson.

  Had 1 problem. And they dont deliver to residential address. But Anna, the manager made an exception and corrected the problem and delivered. Thanks a lot
