- DJDenise Johnson3 days ago3.0Overall mediocre service, not like previously maybe management has changed but the ability to extend and pay for your rental is extremely inconvenient, especially during the holidays, insisting that you come in when they close at 5pm. For those of us that work beyond those hours there’s no emailed links or management can’t run the card over the phone and if you go over the original return date I was threatened like I’m stealing the car although I remain in communication about my work schedule and If an exception of some sort could be made to run the payment. In general the whole ordeal was unnecessarily stressful. Very disappointed with the overall experience but the car was in good shape and the price was decent for a long term rental. Simply because of the lack of convenience and the staff not being very helpful Enterprise is no longer my go to for rentals
