  I am writing because I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support I have received regarding my Aston Martin Vantage. Owning an Aston Martin was a bucket-list milestone for me. I’ve worked my entire life to reach a point where I could enjoy a car like this, and I expected an ownership experience that reflected the prestige of the brand. My Vantage has only 850 miles on it. I’ve already had one service appointment for a recurring check engine light, which I was told can come and go due to sensitive software. While frustrating, I was willing to live with that. What I cannot accept is that the passenger-side door now rubs against the rocker panel when opened and is already removing paint. That is a clear fit-and-finish issue. I’ve reached out numerous times via email for resolution and have been met with complete silence. Not a single response from anyone. Spending this kind of money on a luxury vehicle and being ignored when there is a clear issue is unacceptable. This is not how trust or long-term loyalty is built. A luxury brand should deliver a luxury experience, with responsiveness, accountability, and genuine customer care. I am asking for immediate attention and a proper resolution to the door and rocker panel issue, along with communication from someone who will take ownership and see this through. I’ve attached a video showing the issue and resulting damage. **UPDATE** They publicly responded to my review as you can see below, but I still have not been contacted for resolution.
