All of the people were so helpful and professional - from the person on the phone to the person who received me when I entered to the person who showed me to my car to the person who received my return. They all seemed to demonstrate a real ownership and pride in their work. I am a business school professor who studies organizations - and what I saw was a great example of a well run and positive organization. I would not normally take time to respond to a company survey like this but I was just so incredibly impressed as this experience really stuck out for me as excellent. WELL DONE!

This is a wonderful service that Enterprise rental car a car has. I wouldn't change a thing and I hope Enterprise rental car corporate doesn't change anything either.
- JDJimmy DieboldDec 30, 20251.0I believe I was overcharged for an entire day. My return was set for 6pm, which is their closing time, and I returned the car during their after hours. They processed the car the next morning without notifying me of the overcharge and it seems to me they rented it right back out. When I discovered the overcharge and called back to inquire they put me on long holds, then said they would look into it and call me back, but then never did, while renting the car back out. I also asked for the manager and didn’t hear back. I called back twice with the same result. I was wrongly overcharged, then wasn’t notified of the overcharge and I did not appreciate the way they handled my business. It’s a week later and I still haven’t heard back. Frustrated and disappointed.
