I've never had to replace it before and I needed to go on a road trip to LA same day. I let them know and they said it could be easily done and they could help me replace the battery. Mark helped when I got there after work, before my trip. The battery was very cheap but the service was amazing. He and his associate were very kind to helping me. Thanks for that and I did make it to my destination safely because of that!

I had stopped in to buy some windshield fluid, and while I was there decided to replace a couple of dead lightbulbs in my car. Good thing! One of the bulbs was for a hard-to-reach daytime running light. Michael came out to my car to confirm that he had picked out the right bulb, then he replaced the bulb for me! While he was doing this, I noticed that another employee was installing a battery for a customer. Talk about above and beyond! This will definitely be my go-to place for car parts, even though there is a different store closer to my home.
