  Was very Satisfied with the service provided by Enterprise Rental Car, They were very friendly and professional, and think all my questions taken care of all my needs giving me a nice clean car and very recondition, Picking me up at the body shop where I had to leave my car again the Rental, And then picking up the Rental Car from the autobody shop once the rental was completed. Then following up with me to make sure I was satisfied what’s happy to let me know I’ll be receiving my deposit back Great guys thanks a lot

  Horrible experience. Every time I tried to call I was placed on hold, only to wait 30-40 minutes and end up giving up. Had a reservation to be picked up at an auto body repair shop, even received a confirmation email reflecting this, and the pick-up/drop-off never showed. Upon calling again, and cutting off the representative trying to put me on hold to tell her that I am waiting for a car that never showed, a driver was sent to pick me up. The representatives were pleasant and friendly, but being placed on hold countless times for extended periods and the no show car delivery/pick-up was horrible.

  Worst Enterprise I have experienced. Mangers have no clue about their own policies. Jayden tried to be helpful but fell short. His counter that day, Braden I believe, was terrible and created one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve been apart of. He would rather walk to the waiting area and show customers pictures of his dog, then try and communicate what’s going on with my situation and had me at their location for almost 2 hours with no resolution. I have had great experiences at other locations and was surprised when they stated over the phone that I “was not a customer” simply because I did not originally rent the vehicle from their particular location. Even though my rental agreement allows me to return it at the location of my preference. Over all an extremely disappointing experience, which will definitely keep me away from this location if not their company in general.

  They called me 1 hour ahead of appointment saying they don’t have a car. However, the San Mateo location (very near) does have availability when I called them. It’s such an easy fix but they are unwilling to accommodate.
