  Worst Enterprise I have experienced. Mangers have no clue about their own policies. Jayden tried to be helpful but fell short. His counter that day, Braden I believe, was terrible and created one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve been apart of. He would rather walk to the waiting area and show customers pictures of his dog, then try and communicate what’s going on with my situation and had me at their location for almost 2 hours with no resolution. I have had great experiences at other locations and was surprised when they stated over the phone that I “was not a customer” simply because I did not originally rent the vehicle from their particular location. Even though my rental agreement allows me to return it at the location of my preference. Over all an extremely disappointing experience, which will definitely keep me away from this location if not their company in general.

  They called me 1 hour ahead of appointment saying they don’t have a car. However, the San Mateo location (very near) does have availability when I called them. It’s such an easy fix but they are unwilling to accommodate.

  Avoid, avoid Enterprise. Ruined a whole precious vacation day of our Christmas trip. The pick up time is 2pm, which already gave us a late start on leaving for our road trip. Then we get a call that the car we reserved had a smashed window. The only other equivalent car also had a smashed window. We were told to wait while they scoured the Bay Area for a replacement. One was found, a smaller vehicle, but we didn't complain. We picked up the rental then loaded our luggage. As we left our neighborhood the "engine overheat" message kept appearing. We drove the vehicle back to Enterprise and waited while they once again scoured around for a replacement. We decided to drive back home and use our own older vehicle and get on the road to make the 7 hour drive. The whole day was wasted. The branch manager was apologetic, but this points to a logistical ineptitude by headquarters management.

  We had a mixup with our travel schedule and had to change a bunch of plans last minute. Erica was so helpful and empathetic and explained all our options and got us the best deal she could. We were really happy with the experience amidst an otherwise stressful day.
