The pick up time is 2pm, which already gave us a late start on leaving for our road trip. Then we get a call that the car we reserved had a smashed window. The only other equivalent car also had a smashed window. We were told to wait while they scoured the Bay Area for a replacement. One was found, a smaller vehicle, but we didn't complain. We picked up the rental then loaded our luggage. As we left our neighborhood the "engine overheat" message kept appearing. We drove the vehicle back to Enterprise and waited while they once again scoured around for a replacement. We decided to drive back home and use our own older vehicle and get on the road to make the 7 hour drive. The whole day was wasted. The branch manager was apologetic, but this points to a logistical ineptitude by headquarters management.

Once she was done with the previous customer, she approached me and apologized for the wait. As she was processing my transaction, I got a bit confused about my rate. She patiently explained to me and addressed my concerns completely. Erica exemplifies what great customer service is all about. I’d definitely return to this location in the future!
