  Came into George Chevrolet to get a oil change. It was fast a quicker than I had expected. Great job done. Marcus took very good care of me. Educated me about my next visit and what I would need in the near future.

  Best experience ever. Luis Ceja and all the staff made this buying experience very enjoyable. No pressure no gimmicks which put my wife and myself at ease. Would definitely buy from George Chevrolet again!

  Andy the Service Advisor was great and attentive. Service was done in a reasonable time and the manager John keep me updated as what was happening. Answered all of my questions as I am new to owning a diesel truck. Their technician are welled trained. I will surely come back for my excellent service.

  My experience was excellent. Everyone from the receptionist to Kevin in sales to Mario in finance was a pleasure to deal with. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful with ordering my Silverado. I felt I received a very fair price for a loaded pickup. I had many questions for Kevin and all were answered clearly. Mario researched and found the best financing for me. He also explained everything clearly. I really appreciate him offering me different options and add-ons but did not pressure me to buy.

  So, this is my first time taking my car for service here. I purchased my vehicle in another chevy location. My check engine light came on with under 30,000 miles. I came here since it was the closes to my home. I made an appointment with a gentleman named Armando for 7:20am... I got there at 7:05 since I was going into work at 8am. I didn't not see the gentleman till 7:30am with coffee in hand and still asked me to wait. Told him I was already waiting for a bit. I told him needed to get going. Asked if he was able to move on with the service. He did. Later that day since I have the chevy app i checked and I seen that my car was done the same day... no check engine light on any longer but also no call or update about my car from the service department... I was the one that had to call the next morning, they asked me for the name of the person that helped me, i said Armando. The lady in the phone came back and mention that he will call me in 15mins that was getting the final paperwork done. He did not bother to take my call. This call was made at 8:30am and i did not get a call back at all all that morning... i called back at 2:11pm and now the lady mentions it was ready... why did he not call me back.. not sure. Why did he call me when it was done.. not sure either. This is not the way to treat someone. It is very unprofessional to have someone waiting then come 10mins later with a coffee in hand and then asked them to wait more... I gave attitude yes but I was never disrespected. I felt disrespected since he did not care for my time. Finally then picking up my car the car I asked to see where it was. The person that gave me the keys said to just click on my car key to check. They didn't even know. So I did and seen it was still half way on the lift. With not even a courtesy car wash.
