Later the service person brought to me my cabin air filter and engine filter which appeared to be dirty. I informed him that I had a new cabin air filter in my trunk and asked if he can put the new one back in. He stated it would cost me $10 dollars to do so. I asked him how much it cost to put the used one back in and he said that would.not cost anything. I then asked to speak to a manager because previous employees have placed my new filters back in my vehicle without charging me. When I spoke to the manager, he informed me.that this was a new policy because of lawsuits from owners. He explained that now they are required to obtain consent from the owner to: allow them to drive the vehicle into to building, to go into their glove box to remove the filters, and other provided services. I let the manager know that none of this was done today. The manager said he.would place the filter in my car himself. I thanked him for doing so. I had another recent negative experience in which I brought my new elecrrical vehicle in to obtain documented evidence of my odometer reading. I informed them of the above info and asked them if they can inspect my brakes to document my odometer mileage. They said it would cost me $30 to do so. I let them know that they did a free break inspection a year ago on my wife new vehicle for the same reason stated above. I ended up taking my new vehicle to the dealership to obtain the reading without cost. These experiences have left a bad feeling in me about how the companies desire to make.money is prioritized over providing great customer service, which in turn generates long term customer. I hope this comment brings about better customer services. Darren
