I went the other morning and the guy who helped me right away was trying to sell me the most expensive oil without even popping the hood to see what type of oil my car uses. After I paid $120 for a freaking oil change they didn’t even top off all of my other fluids. I get that they want to sell you the most expensive stuff because if their sales are not up people get sent home early. Totally get that. But it’s also important to do all the other stuff that comes with the oil change. Whether a person purchases the $40 or the most expensive $120 oil.. complete the job.
