This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership, and each time the experience has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. The main reason I continue to return is because of the exceptional customer service provided by Betty Muñoz. Betty goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and that the entire process is easy and comfortable. She is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and truly cares about her customers. I never feel pressured—only supported and valued.   Called the parts department because I am having a hard time finding the right part for my Silverado. I spoke with Jerry who claims that his manager "Hernan" instructed him NOT to give out part numbers so that we are obligated to get it through the stealership. I will be contacting GM about this. It's ridiculous that I paid $40K for a truck and they dont want to give me the part # to fix it myself. What has this world come to? Just do your job and let others do theirs. I contacted Martin Chevrolet and spoke with Frank in their parts department. They answered right away and didn't have you on hold for 30 minutes. Frank was able to give me the part # for my truck and I will be on my way to finding a reasonable priced store that doesn't add overhead fee's on my parts. George Chevrolet wanted to charge me $700 for an OEM (plastic) radiator I minus well go with a higher end (all aluminum) radiator made in USA like Mishimoto for the SAME price.

  I’ve been a Chevrolet owner since I became a young adult many years ago. I’ve visited many Chevy dealerships throughout Southern California but this was my first time visiting this particular dealership. It was a pleasant experience and the staff here were amazing. I felt extremely comfortable waiting as my vehicle got serviced. The services requested along with the appointment time scheduled was honored so I was in and out in little to no time at all. I have no complaints thus far with this dealership and will be returning in the future for all of my maintenance needs. I highly recommend others in the area to do the same. Thanks again
