  I just want to thank Jerry for being open and honest. I was recently looking to trade my truck in for a Challenger. I was shopping around various dealers and out of the many I inquired with, Jerry was very upfront and honest when I had told him about my situation and being upside down on my loan, including a credit situation. Compared to others, he didn't give the bait and switch, not make any false promises and was real. When I am in a better situation, definitely will consider going back!

  My experience purchasing a 2026 Equinox EV was fantastic. Carlos Perez contacted since I inquired about the car via internet. He respectfully and diligently provided me with the info I requested without pressure, an experience significantly better than other Chevy dealers located closer to my house. The appointment with Carlos for the test drive, inspection, and purchase was also incredibly pleasant. And, completing the paperwork with Jilma Blanco was wonderfully pleasant and quick. Incredible team!

  I do not have any comments regarding a service review because I never brought my truck in for routine service. However, I can provide a review based on my truck replacement experience. My 2026 Silverado required a full engine and turbo replacement, which was confirmed by GM. Due to the severity of the issue, my understanding was that the truck should be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement process has taken an excessive amount of time, with little urgency or clear communication. What is frustrating is the contrast in responsiveness. When I was in the process of buying a truck, I received calls almost every day. Now that I am dealing with a major manufacturer issue and waiting for a replacement, the follow-up and support have been very slow. This situation has been disappointing, especially considering the age of the vehicle and the seriousness of the repair. I expected better communication and a faster resolution Franco magdaleno.
