DJ was fantastic at working with us to rent a car for just the right amount of time. He's very professional and personable. Has a lot of patience explaining all the possible coverage one might want, but no used car salesperson upsetting vibe given. I feel bad for him as he was the only person manning the front desk. He's good at multitasking and doesn't appear to get shook easily. Great employee to represent Enterprise. Hope they recognize how lucky there are to have him. If they're smart, they will pay this guy well in order to keep him around. Hard to find good employees nowadays!

They called me today... a month later that my reservation was still their. The sleezy salesman wouldn't let me get the car my insurance covered for the rental. He gave me an ultimatum, that I had to pay out of pocket. And this is right after scheduling an appointment the day before.
