That was a great experience. I hate getting the wrong parts and wasting my time driving back after I’m all dirty from working on the car.

That's okay, but they told me that there is no special order needed and tried to sell me another filter because they have them in stock and I don't need to make any special order. I have to go to AutoZone and buy another filter there. This is not the first time that they trying to pushe their special orders on me. Last time they wanted to sell me an item five times more that the internet price through a "spacial order". I would not recommend this place to anyone. Update: They didn't return money for the order and told me that I can use the filter next time and they don't return money for special orders. When I told that they have item in the stock, the employee didn't care. The employee was rude and tried to provoke conflict. One of the worst customer services I ever encountered.

It's not right just because you have decent prices you feel like you can treat your customers like crap, even raise your voice. I've been coming here for over 10 years. I'm disappointed.
