  I have been going to Great Canadian Oil Change since they first opened. The customer service and pricing are bar none. They have never tried to upsell me on anything I did not need. I can tell you this because I have worked on cars my whole life. There is no other place you should get your car serviced; I would recommend them over any dealership or competitor.

  The West Kelowna location seems to have a real focus on excellence. I live in Kelowna but I prefer this location because the crew is fast and yet friendly. Keep up the great work!

  Be very cautious. Was heading out on a trip. Had oil changed at this location. Engine was making a slight ticking noise. Had a mechanic come and take a look at my vehicle who drove to me over an hour away. After 600km on an oil change my mechanic had to add 3.5 litres of oil ! Had him check the vehicle for leaks , check the drain plug , he even had me rev the engine to see if it’s making blue smoke which it wasn’t. Glad I made a call to someone before I seize my engine. Still making a slight ticking noise. Hopefully that goes away but the damage is probably done already. I’ll have my mechanic leave a review here in the next day or two also warning people . They are normally good but this time has probably cost me more than I want to know. Messaged the owner. No response.
