    The staff, Especially Mark, at the location of my rental were very polite, clear communication, and answered all my questions. It was my first time renting a convertible sports car, and everything was explained to me before leaving the lot. Upon drop off time, I was met with same level of professionalism and customer service as when I picked up the vehicle. They offered a $20 credit off my rental to help with the cab fare to the airport. 10/10, 5 stars and will definitely book again.

    I was picked up to go back to the location to sign the paperwork for the car. The rental car I got, was the one that I was picked up in, I don't know how much it was driven before I got it, but the gas bar dropped by one bar immediately after I pulled off the lot, and one of the requirements is a full tank when you return it. I called in to mention this, it was passed on to the manager who neglected to call me and tell me they were going to wave off the requirement that a full tank be present when it's returned, this cost me $35 extra dollars. A simple phone call would have saved me time and money. Not impressed.
