- PBPatrick BonarMay 11, 20262.0I was picked up to go back to the location to sign the paperwork for the car. The rental car I got, was the one that I was picked up in, I don't know how much it was driven before I got it, but the gas bar dropped by one bar immediately after I pulled off the lot, and one of the requirements is a full tank when you return it. I called in to mention this, it was passed on to the manager who neglected to call me and tell me they were going to wave off the requirement that a full tank be present when it's returned, this cost me $35 extra dollars. A simple phone call would have saved me time and money. Not impressed.

- AMandie moApr 28, 20265.0I was referred to the Enterprise West Kelowna location when my car was in the shop for repair. I found the customer service exceptional, the manager is delightful - I saw her having to deal with a couple of things that needed extra attention and patience and thought she was excellent. I managed to pick up a nail in one of the tires and they were quick to let me know that if I couldn't get the repair shop to fix it, I could just return the car for another to use, and they were very kind about it. I would not hesitate to rent from Enterprise going forward if ever the need for a rental comes up. Thank you to everyone we encountered, it was a great experience and is appreciated.
