  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise in West Kelowna during what was already a very stressful situation. I was in need of an emergency rental vehicle following an accident, and unfortunately, the experience only added to the stress. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a very cold and unwelcoming attitude. The woman at the front desk, who I won’t name, was extremely unhelpful and showed very little understanding or sympathy for the situation I was in. I had previously received confirmation from the owner that my rental would be approved through my ICBC insurance. However, because I didn’t have a credit card available at the time, I was essentially left without any assistance or effort to find a solution. I understand that there are policies and requirements, but when someone is already dealing with an accident and an emergency transportation situation, I would expect at least some basic compassion and willingness to help. Eventually, I found a way to use someone else’s credit card so that I could meet the requirements, even though I felt I shouldn’t have had to go through all of that. Despite having a reservation and getting everything arranged, I was then told that the vehicle I was supposed to receive had been given to someone else. At that point, I was completely frustrated. I had done everything I could to make the rental work, and instead of feeling supported during an already difficult situation, I felt dismissed and inconvenienced. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service and compassion matter, especially when someone is dealing with an emergency. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise West Kelowna was extremely poor, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  Wow Clare Sacht the manager saved the day. A bunch of things went wrong for us and she went above and beyond and fixed them. Family vacation saved!!

  The staff, Especially Mark, at the location of my rental were very polite, clear communication, and answered all my questions. It was my first time renting a convertible sports car, and everything was explained to me before leaving the lot. Upon drop off time, I was met with same level of professionalism and customer service as when I picked up the vehicle. They offered a $20 credit off my rental to help with the cab fare to the airport. 10/10, 5 stars and will definitely book again.
