The car I rented was covered in so many dents and scratches the guy didn’t bother marking them down. He said he made a note on file that it will be fine. Instead it wasn’t and when I returned the vehicle they tried to make a dent on the door my responsibility. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the car when I first got it, and it was clearly there. Still, the employee got into an argument with me despite a time stamped photo. Only after I said I will report them to insurance as fraud did he let us leave.
Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve had very poor experiences with the National network in the US in the past, but the team here in Victoria is on a completely different level. Professional, fast, and very helpful with my logistics for moving between cities. The vehicle was in great condition and the staff made the whole process stress-free. Thank you for the great service!
Dealt with Matthew. He made the process from booking the rental to returning it, smooth. He was Kind, informative, and professional. Definitely would recommend this location.
The guys here are great. They were able to help me out when I had nothing but issues at enterprise up the road I highly suggest using national over enterprise.

There was no one there when I arrived. Had to wait close to half an hour for the employees to return to the desk. The hotel concierge was very apologetic and as helpful as he could be to those of us who were waiting. Then after waiting I was unable to rent because they wouldn't accept my card or any of the solutions I had to pay for the car. (This is the fault of company policy, not the individuals at the desk, but still frustrating.) So, I wasted close to an hour for no car rented.
