  As other reviews have mentioned. They dismissed the damage that was present on the vehicle at the time of inspection. The car also was 7000km over on maintenance. On top of that, a whole week after my rental, I still had not received the deposit back, I had to call and it immediately went back into my account. When I rented with Hertz they gave me my money back immediately.

  The car I rented was covered in so many dents and scratches the guy didn’t bother marking them down. He said he made a note on file that it will be fine. Instead it wasn’t and when I returned the vehicle they tried to make a dent on the door my responsibility. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the car when I first got it, and it was clearly there. Still, the employee got into an argument with me despite a time stamped photo. Only after I said I will report them to insurance as fraud did he let us leave.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve had very poor experiences with the National network in the US in the past, but the team here in Victoria is on a completely different level. Professional, fast, and very helpful with my logistics for moving between cities. The vehicle was in great condition and the staff made the whole process stress-free. Thank you for the great service!
