  Whose mind classifies a Kona subcompact crossover as a mid sized SUV... Hyundai states it is a subcompact...barely fit a stroller.

  Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was charged for fuel even though I filled the tank before returning the vehicle, as shown in the photo I provided. I contacted the local agency to resolve the issue, but they did not acknowledge that there had been an error. As a frequent customer, I was particularly disappointed with the way this situation was handled. I expected better customer service and a willingness to review the evidence provided. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and I will not use their services again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service in the future.

  Absolute grifters kept entire 1000 dollar deposit over minor chip in windshield then ghosted. Had to do whole process getting insurance involved to try and reclaim funds. Behold the thousand dollar chip:

  Horrible customer service. I emailed about not getting my $1,000 deductible back and received no response for weeks. I finally spoke with the manager by phone, but he refused to discuss it over the phone and told me I had to email instead. So frustrating and unprofessional. Would never rent from here again.

  National was very accommodating and helped us while the other Hertz car rental was not helpful. National customer service from John was nice and we even got upgraded after a very last minute booking. Thank you.
