There was no pressure involved, and he took the time to explain why these things should be completed at some point to ensure safety and efficiency of my vehicle. I always come back here for a reason, it’s always quick and with the friendliest staff.
- SBsteve bueckertAug 17, 20265.0I took my girlfriend’s vehicle into the Langford BC location for an oil change because it was due and Ryan displayed the highest level of honesty and integrity saying that an oil change wasn’t needed as the oil and the oil level still looked . Ryan then proceeded to then check over the rest of the vehicle (tire pressure, topped up fluid, etc.) and then refused to take any sort of payment for his time and service. Since living on the island I have taken every vehicle I’ve owned to this location and have received nothing but the best service, but this was definitely a first and I can’t thank Ryan enough for his high level of quality service and honesty.

They keep me informed with what fluids need changing and when, and never pressure me get any work done if it's not needed immediately. They've changed my air filters, rotated my tires, changed light bulbs and will be the guys I come to next time I need a new battery. They'll even top up my oil and wiper fluid in between oil change visits. Theses guys are car angels 😇
