  Went in for a simple oil change, the worker I dealt with was great and the oil change went well. However, while I was waiting another worker was filling up a canister with transmission fluid and proceeded to do it mid air and miss the canister, spraying my car and clothes with it. Hopefully this will be a learning opportunity to put the canister on the ground before filling it next time.

  Mady provided excellent service during my oil change. He was thorough, honest, and never made me feel pressured to buy additional services. I especially appreciated that he noticed right away that my relatively new tires didn't need the rotation I had previously been told was necessary. It's refreshing to find someone who puts honesty first. Thanks, Mady!

  Husbands truck was leaking oil from last oil change we had done at the dealership, so we went there and explained to them what happened. They checked it out luckily it was just the cap wasn't put on tight enough so they fixed that and topped us up and sent us on our way! they were amazing! I would recommend if you want great customer service go see these guys!

  Had another great experience at this GCOC. I came in for an oil change as well as some other issues I was not able to diagnose. When I rolled up Ryan was quickly able to let me know what the likely issues were and set to work to fix me up. He put a lot of effort into ensuring he was able to do fix me up and get me on my way. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of there and Ryan did a great job at explaining what was happening in layman terms. Great service and good pricing. Thank you Ryan and GCOC.

  Doors open, lights on. I'm looking for an oil change. So I pull into the bay area. A young man comes out to greet me and says what can I do for you. I'm looking for an oil change. He says, "It's 5:59, we close at 6:00 sorry. So I'll guess some people will side with the worker. As a business person, I would encourage my staff to do the gig. Why? Because that's the right thing to do. Maybe I rushed to get off work to make it on time because I'm going on an early road trip. Which is the case. Now what? Plus, I'll never be back and I'm giving a lousy 1 star review. If you are going to say no, be sure the doors are closed 1st. Someone has to teach employees about what's right and wrong.
