  NOT JUST FOR OIL CHANGES! Jacob and his team were beyond fantastic when I showed up frantic after my windshield wiper flew off my car on the Malahat. They had me in and out in 7 minutes and even re-torqued my tires and refilled my windshield fluid for free. So thankful for this team and their efficiency and grace! All. The. Stars.

  This place is the bomb!!!! The customer service is something you rarely see these days. Honestly, every time I go in there they I get in fast and they are so helpful. I always drive away thinking I need to make sure I bring more cash with me next time so I can tip them more.

  I had an excellent experience at the Great Canadian Oil Change on Millstream. Jacob and Jared were absolutely amazing from start to finish. During my service, they noticed an issue with my tank/oil cooler housing and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just sending me on my way. They gave me honest recommendations on where to go to get it properly fixed, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was that they genuinely cared and didn’t leave me hanging — they topped up all my fluids, made sure my vehicle was safe to drive, and treated me with kindness and professionalism the entire time. Thank you both for the excellent service and honesty. I will definitely be coming back to the Millstream location for all my future services!

  After a short wait I pulled into the bay and Jacob apologized for the wait and informed us he was short staffed and asked for our patience. He did a great job of setting the expectation and checked in periodically to make sure we were alright continuing to wait. When he did get to us, our dog barked at him and Jacob was quick to provide a treat to calm her down. While it wasn't the fastest oil change I've ever had, it was a pleasant experience overall because of Jacob's excellent service. Thank you Jacob and I hope your boss appreciates the great job you do.

  I live in N. Langford so this place is in my 'hood. I was on my way cross the highway to a competitor when I realized it was beside the DQ. No wait! (I had budgeted 2 hours). The guys I met, Jordan and Jacob, were super customer focussed. No up sell. Truthful. And quick! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Use these guys! Keep these guys busy, so we always have them around!
