  I stopped by after work and they were busy. Even with how busy they were, they still took the time to go over everything with me. The technician I had (Victor I think) was so engaging and friendly. He was also very professional and efficient. Definitely will be back! 10/10

  Was upsold on an oil change "flush" and was not told the risks that come from a flush on an older vehicle. Now having read them, I am quite nervous about possible leaks and found that having been a responsible car owner and always changing oil/getting synthetic ahead of time, the service was unnecessary. Otherwise speedy service and nice enough folks, but would have appreciated being explained the risks prior to agreeing to getting solvents added to my engine. TLDR: Take time to research what you're being asked to do to your car

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The true measure of a business isn't how they handle a routine job—it's how they treat a customer who walks in hot, demanding answers for a problem they didn't cause. I originally went to this location for a routine oil change and radiator flush, but under the flawed advice of an AI, I'd also requested a change in oil weight. When my truck started performing differently afterward, I fed the new symptoms back into the AI. It doubled down, suggesting a minor oversight during the flush had caused an air pocket in my coolant system. Highly protective of my truck, I drove back completely convinced they'd made an error. The manager didn't flinch. He listened, validated my concerns, and brought me straight into the bay. Then he walked me through a complete system verification step by step until I could see for myself there was nothing wrong. The technician who'd originally serviced my truck was right there too — kind, patient, and completely undefensive. As it turned out, the problem was entirely on me for trusting a computer program over real-world experience. My engine simply disagreed with the oil weight I'd insisted on. No AI will ever replace the diagnostic eye and human integrity of a trained professional standing right in front of you. The team at Great Canadian Oil Change didn't care about being right — they cared about taking care of a customer. They bumped me to the front of the line, verified everything thoroughly, and treated me with complete respect without charging me a dime. They've earned my loyalty for life.

  Had these guys change my oil and transmission fluid. First off I had to go back to their shop because they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Then a year later I find out my transmission pan is leaking. I called Great Canadian oil change and they told me they don't change gaskets during transmission fluid changes which is essential. I asked if there was anything they could do and they told me to "go to a real transmission shop". I ended up emailing corporate. They told me they never dropped the transmission pan because it has a drain plug... Yeah my vehicle does not have a drain plug. They don't know what they're talking about or what they're doing.

  I had my oil changed and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, made sure I understood everything that was being done, and gave recommendations for my vehicle. A special thank you to Pepe, Ann, and Claire for their outstanding customer service. They were welcoming, funny, efficient, and went above and beyond to make the visit a positive one.
