- JPJeremy Plouffe6 days ago1.0Went in for an alignment and was told that the bolts are tight and hard to move and also in a hard to reach place so they charged me an extra hour of work… I had an alignment done less than 3 months prior at KAL tire no issues or extra charges. I needed this one after replacing lower ball joints. If they aren’t able to do an alignment fast i don’t think the customer should pay extra, they are the “professionals” after all. Lesson learned there is a reason KAL gets the business they do.
