Many thanks to Emma, Preston, and Ka for helping us to rent a car for most of our stay in Victoria. They provided personalized and professional service, and the Mercedes GLA 250 (smaller SUV) was perfect for our daily trips to Butchart Gardens and the local malls for essentials.
This was our first time using Enterprise, and we are grateful for the exceptional experience. We usually use National, but in this case Enterprise has much better reviews.
Really really good customer service!!! Good people to talk to, easy pick up and return! One thing I would comment on is to emphasize the consequences of not refilling the fuel, other than that the experience was really top notch for me! I would recommend Enterprise to anyone!!

Enterprise is the only car rental agency I’ve liked enough to join as a regular member and gained silver status. I’ve had many good experiences. But today, I needed a pickup truck for a job. I made a reservation for this kind of vehicle specifically and checked in through app, only to find NO pickups available despite my reservation being confirmed. There was no phone call, text or email from the staff at this location or from Enterprise in a larger sense to warn me—even though this location had been open for hours by the time I picked up. I wasted many hours and had to scramble to find an alternative through another company. Totally unacceptable. No restitution or remedy offered.
Très déçue de mon expérience avec Enterprise. J’avais réservé et payé pour un VUS intermédiaire (Ford Escape ou similaire), mais on m’a remis un Volkswagen Taos, qui a ensuite été confirmé comme étant un VUS compact. Malgré cela, on m’a initialement facturé le tarif d’un véhicule intermédiaire. Nous avions besoin d’un véhicule plus grand pour trois grosses valises; l’une d’elles a dû être placée à côté de mon fils et n’arrêtait pas de tomber sur lui sur la route sinueuse vers Tofino, créant un enjeu de sécurité. Bien qu’Enterprise ait finalement proposé un arrangement et effectué des suivis, je demeure profondément préoccupée par le manque de transparence et d’éthique démontré au cours de cette expérience.
I wasn’t sure what to expect dropping off late night at a smaller station like this one. I thought maybe it would take awhile to get to the airport from there. But my expectations were surpassed; not only did Simon attend me quickly and with a smile, but his colleague James was ready to ferry me off to the airport in the shuttle. I could not have asked for a more seamless and easy experience, and it may have been my best Enterprise interaction yet in over ten year of renting. Thank you so much, gentleman! Enjoy those beautiful sunsets you have up there. :)
