  Entreprise is the best. The government street location in Victoria in particular always goes above and beyond.

  The employees at this location are always super helpful & polite. I'm sitting waiting for a vehicle and they're very busy and low on cars, which I'm sure is stressful, and they're doing everything possible to get people into their rentals and being professional with grouchy customers. Great job homies!

  Was visiting Victoria and had rented a car from Enterprise. When I arrived they said it'd be 30mins wait for a car, or I could get an upgrade to a minibus for free. We accepted the upgrade and so glad we did, it honestly made the trip for me. We were able to do things we wouldn't have been able to like packing bikes in car, renting surfing gear and car camping. The car was literally brand new and in excellent condition. Customer service was excellent and the team were really friendly and helpful. I think it was Phillip who helped us? Anyway highly reccommend this for a rental, especially if you're travelling from abroad.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the staff and how unaccommodating they were especially the manager, Nathan Butz… I booked the night before so I thought it would be smooth sailing.. unfortunately not. I was left stranded with my child over something that shouldn’t have been an issue. My credit card clearly matched my driver’s license, and I wasn’t aware the chip wouldn’t work on your machines—especially since it worked perfectly fine just up the road at National - I had no problem paying there, quick and easy. Because of that, you lost out on my business entirely. Honestly, it’s ridiculous, and I’d go anywhere else before coming back here. I’ll spread the word to all my family and friends so they don’t have to deal with this crap. Get better staff.

  RENT FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. I was charged for over 3000km pick up at Comox, drop off at Victoria over 4 days. We drove maybe 300km. Enterprise has not been cooperative in even returning a phone call. Comox blames it on drop off location, Victoria blames it on pick up location. No manager has been in contact with us. The people we talk to pretend they haven’t talked to us. Just rent elsewhere.
