  I have been a regular customer of this Enterprise branch in Victoria for almost five years. Although I had some concerns and was initially dissatisfied with part of my recent experience, I really appreciated how Ronnie, the branch manager, handled the situation. He took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and have a genuine discussion with me. More importantly, he made a real effort to improve the situation and make the rest of my experience much more pleasant. I especially want to thank Ronnie for his professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine smile throughout our conversation. Even when discussing a concern, he remained respectful, approachable, and focused on finding a solution. As a long-time customer of this branch, I am very happy to see this kind of management. Under Ronnie’s leadership, I feel confident that my future experiences here will be even better. Thank you, Ronnie, and I look forward to continuing to rent from this branch!

  I had to rent a vehicle for an emergency trip across 2 provinces. I arrived desperate and asked for a mid size SUV or crossover that would be comfortable for a 12 hour non stop drive and to fit luggage. The staff on site indicated a truck would be the best choice and I expressed skepticism that it would be economical and the staff indicated it would be no additional cost over my first choice. I was disappointed after the trip concluded and was charged for the full truck rate and fuel economy was also over promised. I would likely suggest another company for a one-way rental in the future.

  Great experience! I’ll be renting here again in the future. Booking online and picking up the vehicle was a smooth and easy process. The lady checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The car was clean, comfortable, great on fuel, and exactly what I expected from my reservation. Only thing to note was that I actually returned the car a bit earlier than my scheduled return time (5:30pm drop off for 7pm scheduled return), but was charged for an entire extra day (5 days instead of 4). When I mentioned this, the extra day was promptly refunded with zero push back or questioning from the kind customer service agent on the phone. Still a bit confused about why that happened, I assume it was a system error due to the stat holiday. Regardless, thank you for the excellent customer service. See you next time!

  I had a wonderful experience with enterprise I rented at the airport which was close by and drove to Victoria and seen all the sites in Vancouver that I wanted to see and it was at a reasonable price and I had the freedom to do it at my leisure when I dropped it off in Victoria they drove me to my hotel.thankyou for that
