    I arrived at 09:30 on a Monday to pick up a car that had been set aside, only to find nobody in the office. Upon questioning the gentlemen washing a car out front, I was told they would not be available until at least 10 because they had another car to wash, and needed to pick up their manager. Front door says they open at 08:00. I am currently sitting on a bench outside the office without a means to get back to work until they show up. It is now 10:10. Can't speak for the condition of the car yet, or if they even have it ready. But I am disappointed in the customer service thus far. EDIT: Car was clean and in good condition. Bumped review to 3 stars.

    Shout out to Noor, who assisted me with a rental at Belmont Collision in Langford. He was extremely professional but personable and knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made the process so simple. I’d highly recommend him and Enterprise. Thanks Noor!

    I recently needed to rent a vehicle due to an MVI and my truck was no longer driveable. I was able to rent a vehicle at the last minute going into a long weekend and the staff was very accommodating.
