The team worked to troubleshoot the issue as best as they could, but a new filter was needed and they tried to source it from multiple part suppliers. When it was obvious that the part wouldn't be available until the next day, the owner stepped up and gave me a 25 minute drive to my home. They fixed the truck the following day and gave me a detailed explanation of the mistake made when the transmission fluid was previously changed which caused the problem. Now my truck is operating better. The GCOC team went out of their way to get me back on the road and the fact that the owner gave me a ride home was amazing.
