  I had a great experience with Sixt Rental Car, and I’d especially like to thank Ken and Morteza for their excellent customer service. They were both extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the rental process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and convenient, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. It’s employees like Ken and Morteza who make the experience with Sixt stand out. I would definitely recommend Sixt and will be happy to rent from them again in the future.   Staff who helped me were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and made the whole process super smooth. I also wanted to mention how great the vehicle was. It was the Audi Q5 and was pretty fun to drive around; I only wish it were a sport edition 😜. It made getting around a real pleasure. Thanks for providing fantastic service and a fun ride.

  Bonjour, j'ai loué une T-Cross en Albanie le collaborateur de sixt a vraiment été malhonnête il nous a facturé un surclassement pour geely Coolray alors que sur leurs site c'est au meme niveau qu'une T-Cross de plus il nous a joué un tour de passe passe a peine grillé j'ai mis ma carte de crédit pour la caution je précise le plafond pas dépasser et les options paiement a l'étranger activée mais impossible elle ne passé mais a chaque fois je devais rentrer mon code je trouvais sa bizarre du coup on a mis la carte de ma femme qui provient du meme compte joint et la bizarrement en sans contact et du premier c'est passé tout sa pour facturé un deuxième conducteur c'est meskin pour une société tels que sixt franchement a fuir j'avais une très grande confiance en cette société mais c'est fini je ne relouerais plus chez eux.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Sixt regarding my recent car rental booking made through Expedia for August 2. Before my rental date, I uploaded all required documents, including my driver’s licence, through Expedia. However, when I arrived at the Sixt location, I was informed at the counter that my licence was not accepted because I hold an N licence. This issue was only communicated to me upon arrival, despite having already submitted all documents in advance. The staff at the location mentioned that they would note the situation and that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Since then, I have spent around three weeks trying to resolve the issue. I have contacted Expedia multiple times, and they informed me that Sixt is refusing to approve the refund. I was also told that Sixt needs to respond to their request in order for the refund to be processed. I also reached out directly to Sixt and was simply advised to send an email and wait for further instructions. Since then, I have been going back and forth between Sixt and Expedia without any clear resolution. Overall, the lack of communication and coordination between Sixt and Expedia has been extremely frustrating. I am still waiting for a clear answer and for my refund to be processed. I hope Sixt can improve how these situations are handled in the future, as customers should not be left in limbo for weeks without resolution.

  Wir mieteten anfangs Juni einen Audi Q5 mit allen Versicherungen. Das Auto war nigelnagelneu und mit allen Schikanen versehen. Der Herr, der den Vertrag abgewickelt hat, war überaus freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Ich glaube, der Preis war auch eine Sonderaktion und wir hatten während 3 Wochen sehr Freude am Wagen. Die Rückgabe erfolgte problemlos. Einfach in Tiefgarage abgestellt und Schlüssel abgegeben. Die Kreditkartenbelastung erfolgt ein paar Tage später. Wir konnten jederzeit den Mietvorgang am Handy nachsehen. Sixt Downtown Vancouver ist die die beste Autovermietung, die wir in Kanada/USA je erlebt haben. Danke, wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.
