  This is my 3rd time here, every other time has been solid. Idk where the decline occurred, rep I dealt with was abysmal to say the least. I’ve always dealt with the other guy who has been here a while, Edwin I believe. This guy proceeded to ask me unnecessary questions about my trip as opposed to actually focusing on the task at hand. Presented the base option and the upgrade to luxury without disclosing that there is a chip the size of a nickel in the windshield. Would have upgraded if I had’ve known, didn’t catch it until about 5-10 min into my walk around. There was also garbage in the back seat as well left from the previous renter. By the time I went to bring it up all of the other vehicles were gone, I didn’t have time to wait 60-90 min for another one to arrive. Edit- Mortezza helped me out with the drop off, I explained my situation in dealing with the bad rep by the name of Saad when I picked the vehicle up. Guy was absolutely abysmal, poor communication. Mortezza was very supportive and assured an accommodating drop off process, communicated clearly as well. I’ve dealt with Sixt numerous times and never had an issue the last 2-3 times as a return customer. If anyone wants to save themselves the headache just ask to deal with Mortezza going forward.

  La peor experiencia, ahórrense pasar un muy mal rato. Cuando nos entregaron el coche, en recepción nos dieron las llaves y nos dijeron. Vayan a buscar al auto que está en ese estacionamiento, lo hicimos y tomamos la camioneta (que por cierto estaba sucia, lo que indicaba que acababa de ser devuelta, nadie la revisó como siempre lo hacen en todas las demás agencias de renta de auto y normalmente te marcan donde tiene detalles el auto a lo hora de la entrega, nosotros confiamos y tampoco la revisamos) todo bien en nuestra renta y preguntamos donde regresarla porque era temprano y aún no iba a estar abierta la agencia y nos dijeron que la estacionaramos y dejaramos las llaves la caja indicada y así lo hicimos (obviamente nadie la revisó cuando la dejamos). Varios días después del regreso, me escriben por email para decirme que tiene un golpe y debo pagar 800 dolares para repararla. Es la cosa más injusta que me ha pasado, yo no hice este daño, puedo asegurar que ya lo tenía y obviamente yo no me di cuenta (no es un golpe, solo está un poco safado un aro cerca de la llanta osea que eso ni siquiera es un golpe, no está dañado ni raspado, solo flojo o safado) HE CONTACTADO A TODOS LOS TELEFONOS Y EMAILS QUE DICEN PARA ACLARACIONES DEL TEMA Y NADIE ME HA CONTESTADO. De verdad ahórrense la peor experiencia de sus vidas. Necesito respuesta urgente. Mi numero de reserva a través de booking fue 776902170

  My friend & I came in to rent a car after I flew in from Toronto, and Saad took absolute care of us! We were at the Robson St location in Vancouver. The service was excellent and incredibly swift—exactly what you need after a long flight. He was super friendly and even managed to get us a sweet deal on the upgrade, which completely made our trip. If you're renting from the SIXT Vancouver location, definitely look for Saad. SIXT is definitely my preferred car rental for all my future trips. Saad got me a great deal and looked after me well during the wait time. Highly recommend!

  This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I rented a car from them. I checked in online. Go the rental car place and am told they don’t have a car for me and don’t know when they will have a car to solution nothing. I can customer service he tells me there is a car downtown and go there. I go downtown and he says no we don’t and there are no cars available until Sunday! It is Thursday. I said I have nowhere to go this is my transportation out of the city I am traveling for 10 days. He said sorry nothing I can help you with go back to your original location which also told me nothing he can do. I said you have to help me or compensate me rentals out of Vancouver same day are going to be thousands of dollars or I have to get a hotel or book last minute flight. They said we have no policy to help or compensate you sorry you are on your own book somewhere else. I called the customer service line again and she told me I’m wasting my time there is nothing they can do and can’t compensate me or anything for this error and I should just book somewhere else. I was in tears. I have all my bags no alternatives and have now had to find a different rental company to take me to my next destination and then book a flight from there. To get to Calgary. This has been a complete nightmare. Not a single person gave me compassion or tried to fix or compensate me for this experience. DO NOT BOOK WITH SIXT ever!! I cannot believe how inconsiderate and uncaring and downright unapologetic for THEIR OVER BOOKING!!!

  We picked up a white Durango for almost four weeks on Robson street. When we returned the car, we forgot to check the compartment between the front seats. I returned to the office 45 minutes later to retrieve the charging cable from the center console. We kept it there all the time for our entire trip. First I was told by Mr. Wu they don't have a white Dodge, than he gave me a car key for a grey Dodge to go to the garage to look for the car. There, while searching for the car, I met another employee. I was told the car had been taken to the car wash, and if they find the cable, they will return it to us. They had to find it but didn't bother to return it. Once you return the car to them, they don't care. Very disappointing.
