  We recently rented a car from here for four days and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The customer service was refreshingly good from start to finish and the 2026 hybrid car we drove was smooth like butter and incredibly fuel efficient. A big thank you to the young gentleman with the dark curly hair and glasses who walked us through the rental process and took the time to answer our questions and show us all the features on our new vehicle. It was such a breath of fresh air to meet people who genuinely enjoy helping others and it got our vacation off to a fantastic start. Highly recommend this place!

  The wait to get our car was reasonable. The service was very friendly and detailed focused. The drop off was quick and painless. Unfortunately, the convertible Mustang we rented, for two weeks, had some technical issues and it doesn't feel luxurious. This was the first convertible we drove and we were surprised as how windy it is when the top is down. Even though we had the windows up the whole time. Otherwise, the convertible was a great way to enjoy the great scenery BC offers.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TL;DR: Outstanding customer service from Hale( I hope I remember correct) and the entire team. They made the rental process easy and stress-free. 🚗 Service We rented a car here last Sunday, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A huge thank you to Holly, who took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the entire rental process. She was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely kind. There was also a younger team member who helped us throughout the process. She was just as friendly and helpful, and together they made us feel very welcome. 😊 Staff It’s not often you come across such attentive and caring customer service. Both of them went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

  Had a rental car for a few days while my car was at the body repair shop. Every employee I dealt with at this location was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!

  Terrible communication and customer service. I called ahead specifically to ask if I could get a discount or a day off if I returned my car early and was told I would only to have the same person tell me in person that I’m already getting a discount and they won’t actually give me an extra day off and that she thought I was asking to return it late which I never said? Incredibly shady and weird practices
