  Friendly folks and has an upbeat atmosphere. I know that’s an odd thing to say about a car rental but it genuinely seems like people enjoy working there.

  ​An excellent first experience renting here for a 4-day road trip! Online check-in was smooth, and they opened a few minutes early which I appreciated. I selected the "you click, we pick" option and ended up with a beautiful car in pristine condition. ​Zahid was incredibly helpful, explaining the contract and optional add-ons clearly with zero pressure. I had the keys within 10 minutes and hit the road much earlier than expected. The return process was just as fast and seamless. Incredible efficiency and top-tier customer service. I will definitely rent from them again!

  The staff at this location (and most Enterprise locations) are truly excellent. The company clearly has empowered staff to do whatever it takes to make you happy.

  I do not recommend using Enterprise at all, and I would advise being very careful if you do. I rented a car that already had numerous visible scratches all over it. When I returned the vehicle, I was told there was one “new” scratch that I allegedly caused. I was then told I should have taken photos of the vehicle beforehand. I later received a demand for over $2600 in repair-related charges for what appeared to be a minor scratch, in addition to the sea of scratches already present all over the car. However, after I called to dispute the claim, I was told that due to the condition the car was already in when provided to me, Enterprise had closed the claim and confirmed I was not being held responsible. This caused way too much stress and anxiety for something as simple as renting a car. If you rent from this location, or from Enterprise at all, make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle and take detailed photos and videos both before leaving the lot and again when returning the car to avoid a similar situation.

  Totally impressed by how accommodating and friendly everyone was. Everything was covered and explained. Car was clean full of gas and ready to go. Everywhere I go Enterprise meets my expectations and this location lived up to my standards.
