  Staff at this location were fantastic. I needed a car due to a break-in over a long weekend and they made the process easy and stress free. Additionally, the follow up with my case after the drop off was top notch.

  Great experience renting the car! The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The whole rental process was smooth and easy, and communication was great throughout. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended! Shout out to the two ladies who helped me from check in until check out

  I received a rental here while ICBC fixed my car. The rental was absolutely disgusting. There was a foul strong odor like sweat and armpits in the car that didn't go away. The windows all had some sort of grease and fingerprints. There were stains throughout the car. I asked the attendant about the hygiene of the car and she said the don't worry about that, I could bring the car back even dirtier if I wanted. Given the choice I would never go to this location.
