  I had a fantastic experience here, and a special thanks to Rithi Rajesh for making the process so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the prices were very affordable. Rithi’s excellent service really stood out and honestly couldn’t ask for more.

  Recently rented a car for 2 days and process from beginning to end was smooth sailing. Associates explained everything clearly, and were professional and friendly. No surprises nor hidden costs. Return process was easy as breeze. The car I was provided was maintained well. I would rate my experience with this Enterprise location 5/5

  I had an overall positive experience with Enterprise. Out of the three vehicles I rented, two had minor issues, which was a bit inconvenient. However, I reached out to the manager, Dharm, via email, and he was responsive and genuinely tried to resolve the situation. In the end, he provided a very fair discount, which I really appreciated. Great customer service goes a long way, and because of how the situation was handled, I would still recommend Enterprise for their professionalism and effort to make things right.

  Smooth & Memorable First Family Road Trip 🚗🏔️❤️ Planned our first family road trip from Vancouver to Banff and chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the South Vancouver (SW Marine Dr) location after some quick research. Saw a lot of positive feedback compared to other rental companies, which gave us extra confidence 👍✨ Booked a Standard SUV AWD and called ahead to request winter tires — big thanks to the branch rental manager, Dharm, for helping to prepare everything in advance. The team was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process ❄️🚙👏 Picked up the car at 8am and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The staff were super friendly and efficient, which made everything really smooth, especially traveling with family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⚡😊 Return was just as easy and seamless, also thanks to Dharm and the team — really appreciated the smooth experience from start to finish 🙌✨ It turned out to be an extremely memorable trip for us, and the hassle-free rental experience definitely played a part in that. Would 100% rent from this location again for future road trips 🌄💯🚗
