Don't know for sure if this is a head office issue or I was lied to, but this is the issue with corporate car rental, you don't talk directly to the location.
The agent selected the location to rent from, I didn't, I'm not local I don't know the area.
Requested a pick up, gave the location and time. All was confirmed ad nauseam through their texts and emails from head office.
Our pick up time comes and goes, standing in the rain for 40 minutes. I called and again an agent assured me someone was coming, again no direct contact with the physical location.
Finally cancelled and got an Uber to the hotel.
On the ride there in our Uber the location calls after an hour tells us, they never got the request to pick up on their end.
15 minutes later the location calls again and this time another person tells me, they never could have gotten us as were outside their pick up location.
My guess is we were forgotten in the rain for an hour, and now we get excuses.
Enterprise needs to fix their system, so I can talk to an actual person that works at the location.

They scammed me, I reserved online, on booking day the slapped on an extra $80 charge that wasn't anywhere in the reservation. It was too late for me to do anything about it as I needed the car.

Great service! The staff were friendly, the car was brand new and very clean, and the pickup and return process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Absolute rip off on refueling. They charge 60% more than gas stations and don't even let a liter less upon return slide. It's a shady business practice.
Enterprise has always been my go-to choice for car rentals, and this trip in Vancouver was no exception. The rental process was smooth and efficient, and the vehicle was new, clean, and reliable.
What stood out even more was the customer service. I accidentally left my jacket at the rental office and only realized it after returning the car. Even though it was after hours, Don went out of his way to help me retrieve it. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the extra effort.
