  Fantastic location in the city and puts you on 99 to get to the islands, whistler, etc. Cars are always clean and the staff is EXCELLENT. Big shout out to Spencer, hes the man. Great job team!

  Hats off to Aaron and the rest of the staff. Even though our flight in was quite late, they were able to get us on the road in a brand new vehicle and even give us some advice on local eateries. Will definitely rent from them again.

  Excellent service from Enterprise! The staff were professional, friendly, and, most importantly, honest. Unlike some rental companies that pressure you into purchasing extra insurance you may not need, Enterprise respected our existing coverage and did not push unnecessary extras. The service was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Even though we could have chosen a cheaper rental company, the quality of service and peace of mind made Enterprise well worth it. Highly recommended!

  **Great customer service, but different car model than expected** I was very satisfied with my overall experience here because the customer service was highly professional, correct, and very helpful. The staff made the rental process smooth and welcoming. The only minor downside was the specific vehicle I received. The vehicle class itself was absolutely fine, but I didn't get any of the typical models that are usually advertised or suggested for this category, like a BMW X3, Mercedes GLC, or Audi Q5. None of those were available for me. Instead, I was given a Volvo V60. While it is a similar alternative and a good car, it just wasn't one of the models I actually expected to get based on their vehicle fleet examples. However, because the team's service was so excellent, it still made up for it!
