  Gas tank was less than half full at pickup. I hate that. That means I have to go to the gas station to get more gas at some point during my drive, and then again before I return the car. If I had a full tank of gas, it would’ve cut down on the extra gas station visit. Good Customer service is when you have full tank of gas at pick up. Also takes the guest work out when filling up the tank prior to car return.

  Today I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. Samson and Shane made the whole process smooth and easy, and the vehicle I received was clean and drove great. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle in Vancouver!

  This has been the most seamless experience with any car rental company ever for me. I spoke with Shane on the phone about booking a convertible/mustang during my vacation. He was able to have one brought to this location to rent. Incredible service from start to finish. It really made my vacation that much better. Thanks so much.

  My first time ever renting a car and it was seamless. Great price and very easy to book on the website. They called to confirm booking and details. No fuss and no extra charges. After hour return was also super easy with the hotel sharing the parkade and opening up the gates when required. Thoroughly recommended.

  It was a very good experience with enterprise. I rented a car from west Georgia st , Vancouver. All staff were very helpful specially their manager and julian leon both were very nice. Highly recommended
