  Recently received a courtesy car from the Kitsilano Enterprise Rent a Car as my car was being repaired at No.1 Collision. The customer service from all their staff from the Manager Haleh, to Nitesh, Jaylynn, Curtis and Alex was excellent. They were very professional, courteous and helpful. They truly wanted to help. I normally do not write reviews on car rentals and feel compelled to write about the staff at this location. Over a week ago I needed to return the courtesy car on the same day I received it as a minor crack in the windshield was making it difficult for me to see clearly as it was in the line of sight with my height when seated. When I called to let them know I needed to return the car and needed to exchange it for another vehicle they were very accommodating and so patient and helpful. The office was about to close very soon and I had to drive across town to get to the office before they closed. The traffic was very congested and by the time I made it across town I was certain they were closed and the staff had left already as I was told they closed at 5pm. I tried calling their office to let them know I would be 10min to 15min late and was unable to get through to their main line. Needless to say, I thought I would not be able to make it in time to exchange the car for another one without a crack int he windshield. When I arrived at their office I was expecting the office to be closed and much to my surprise the entire team was waiting for me to arrive. I was so surprised and I was not expecting anyone. I was so impressed with this kindness on their part to wait as they did not need to. I was certain they had left for the day and I would not have been able to exchange the car as I was told they were sold out of cars due to the high demand of visitors to the city. The staff each went out of their way to ensure the other car waiting to be exchanged was ready to go and they were efficient and fast and ever so helpful. This was a team effort and each one of them went over and above with unbelievable customer service. Very impressed and I would not hesitate to come back again should I ever need a car rental.

  I had a glitch with reservation and I've got to say both of the reps helped me out so much and we're understanding and actually cared your manger is lucky to have you both.

  Tout s'est bien passé pour ma location. Service courtois et rapide autant pour récupérer la voiture que lors du retour. Je recommande cette succursale.

  Gave my husband a smaller car than we’d booked (suv) and when we went back to fix it, we were told it was the right category (although later on it was admitted by a different staff member that we had been given a lower category car). Due to low stock, we then had to wait until getting to Victoria to swap the car (our 4th suitcase on the backseat). Long story short, we needed to make 2 visits to the Enterprise in Victoria and eventually got a Sedan and a small refund but it still didn’t feel great so I wouldn’t use them again. The Enterprise in Victoria were friendly and helpful.
