  My experience with Boyd Autobody has been extremely disappointing. The level of workmanship, quality control, attention to detail and professionalism throughout this repair has been profoundly inadequate. After receiving my truck back the first time, I found numerous problems that should have been caught before the vehicle was released. I returned the truck and gave Boyd the opportunity to correct the deficiencies, but after receiving it back again I continued finding additional issues. Some of the problems included scratches that appeared to have simply been painted over instead of properly repaired, incorrect paint colour on the newly painted areas, overspray on the windshield, a sensor cable left hanging in the wheel well, and the wrong wheel-well liner being installed. The cooling-system work was also concerning. An aftermarket radiator was installed, and afterward I noticed the truck reaching higher temperatures more readily than before. I also had concerns regarding the active grille shutter system after the repair. The coolant service was another major issue. The truck was initially returned with yellow coolant that I questioned. I specifically asked Boyd to correct it. After getting the truck back again, the coolant appeared dark orange/brown rather than like a clean fresh fill, which left me questioning whether the previous coolant had actually been completely drained and replaced. I then checked the coolant level with the engine fully cold and found it dramatically above the maximum mark on the reservoir dipstick, nearly to the top of the reservoir. What is most frustrating is that I should not have to inspect a professionally repaired vehicle myself and repeatedly discover obvious deficiencies. Some of these issues were not minor cosmetic preferences — they involved incorrect parts, exposed wiring, paint defects, cooling-system concerns and basic finishing work. Mistakes can happen in any repair, but when a vehicle is returned multiple times and new problems continue to be discovered, that points to a serious breakdown in quality control. After everything I experienced, I have very little confidence in the workmanship performed on my truck. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism was profound, and this was far below what I expected from a professional collision-repair facility. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

  For the third time, this company did major work on my car and again I am extremely pleased. They continue to go about and beyond my expectations. Few business these days are like this.

  If you need collision repair, look no further! I brought my truck here and they did a phenomenal job. Five stars all around for their communication, customer service, and flawless repair quality. It's rare to find a shop that excels in all three, but these guys nailed it. Will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!
